Nate and I are currently renovating our house. We bought it in the fall of 2008, hours before Hurricane Ike hit Texas and we had to evacuate. It's a David Weekley home from the mid-1980s. The layout and features of the house are nice, but most of the decorating has not been updated since 1990 and previous owners made some changes and additions to the space that are as amusing as they are dumb. I've started this blog to detail our projects fairly regularly for our friends and family.
